• Optimized body design:
  The inner length and width are enlarged, while the body profile is reinforced to prevent deformation. Mid-body box ribs add strength and stability. The rear door is extended, allowing for easier and smoother unloading.
• High-strength steel structure:
  The dump box is made from K450 high-strength steel, offering four times the durability of conventional Q345B steel. It is impact-resistant, dent-resistant, and extremely durable under heavy-duty operations.
• Powerful hydraulic system:
  Equipped with a SUNHUNK HCTM 224-5 hydraulic cylinder, featuring the largest piston diameter on the market (224mm) for superior lifting stability and load capacity.
• Low center of gravity design:
  Ensures stable and safe operation, minimizing vibration and sway during driving and unloading.

Hydraulic System

• The dump tower uses the CIMC 228-5 hydraulic system, fully integrated with the body.
• Features a 202mm piston diameter, 5-section telescopic cylinder, and extended lifting stroke for enhanced dumping efficiency and anti-roll performance.
• The SUNHUNK hydraulic system, developed with over a decade of expertise, utilizes advanced international technology.
• Cylinders are made from seamless steel tubes with chrome-plated surfaces for corrosion and rust resistance.

U-Shape Body 

Leveraging years of design and manufacturing experience, VIMID and SUNHUNK have improved the U-shaped reinforced dump body:.

• Box-section reinforcements ensure maximum rigidity and prevent bending or bulging.
• Rear door locks and hinges are made of heavy-duty steel, with a raised locking mechanism that enables faster discharge and smoother unloading of large materials.
• Folded sidewall structure improves anti-deformation, ensures smoother material flow, and prevents clogging for quicker discharge.

Axle System

Equipped with HJBRIDGE axles, manufactured using European technology for high stability and load-bearing performance, perfectly suited for heavy-duty transport applications..

Suspension System

Features a mechanical leaf spring suspension, with a 10/10/10 leaf spring setup (90mm width, bottom 3 leaves at 16mm thick).
